ServicePDQ

Postby adeyem » Sat Jan 02, 2010 10:26 pm

Guys!
I want to start a small scale calling card business targeting a community in the city where I live. I have gone round the internet looking for hosted solution before I stumbled into the ServicePDQ of Ezcallinc.com which I want to give a try. I am not good in tech and would require assistance on the proper configuration of the followings:
Access numbers that my customers will call when they buy the card
And how to configure the route to make a call and other services.
Perhaps where I can download the full version with all functionalities.
Then need a web portal for my online end users.

It appears the ServicePDQ the support of ezcallinc sent to me has got a limited functionalities. I would appreciate assistance so as to get this running.

Many thanks for help

This forum is for users of Solegy partners that provide FREE access to platform services. Accordingly, support is more limited and only a subset of the platform's features are supported. All of your questions are covered in the setup guide available at http://www.ezcallinc.com/pdf/callingcardsetup.pdf. If you have a specific question or need clarification about about a configuration, please post it here.

EZ Call will provide a white label End User portal for a small fee. Alternatively, you may create your own end user portal using our free SOAP webservices. The documentation for the webservices is available at http://www.ezcallinc.com/webservices.html

Thank you for your reply. As a matter of fact, the calling card setup guide has been my book that I read daily. I am making progress but I am still lost on the followings:

1. How to import the rate table into Brand Products under Managed Brand Services?
2. How do I configure my access numbers that my customers would dial?
3. If I want to use my IVR prompt message created by me how do I use that to replace the Servicepdq IVR prompts?

Many thanks for your help.

1. How to import the rate table into Brand Products under Managed Brand Services?

When you browse to the Brandproducts page, there is an UPLOAD button. Clicking this button will allow you to select a file to be inserted to the database. The results of the process will be emailed to you after it is completed.

2. How do I configure my access numbers that my customers would dial?

If you are able to configure the DID gateway such that the SIP FROM header uses the domain assigned to you (eg. [brand-id].domain.com) then there are no further changes needed. The IVR will automatically work with any DID that uses your assigned domain. If you are not able to change the domain in the SIP FROM header, then you must inform the EZ Call support team of the DID to be configured, and they will make the needed changes.

3. If I want to use my IVR prompt message created by me how do I use that to replace the Servicepdq IVR prompts?

Solegy can perform this change for you. There is a one-time $50 charge. Send you request to sales@solegy.com.
